3. Account Requirements

You must provide accurate and up-to-date contact and billing information.
You are responsible for all activities under your account, including third-party access.
You agree to keep all logins and passwords secure.

4. Prohibited Use

5. Mass Mailing Policy

Sending bulk or mass email directly through our hosting infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

All mass mailing must be conducted through a reputable, third-party email marketing provider (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid).
Violations will result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
This includes newsletters, marketing campaigns, autoresponders, or any other form of high-volume messaging.

6. Uptime & Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance or events outside our control (e.g., DDoS attacks, data center outages). We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Data Backup & Recovery

We perform regular backups for disaster recovery purposes, but you are solely responsible for maintaining current backups of your content.
We make no guarantee that backups are available or will be free of corruption.
Restoration requests may be subject to a service fee.

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a license to host, store, and serve your content as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for:

Ensuring all content complies with applicable laws
Responding to DMCA takedown requests or legal inquiries related to your hosted content

9. Resource Usage

All accounts are subject to fair usage limits. Excessive use of server CPU, RAM, disk, or bandwidth may result in:

Temporary throttling of performance
Suspension or termination with notice
Recommendation to upgrade to a higher-tier plan

10. Payment & Billing

Payment is due in advance of service.
Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of service.
No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts due to TOS violations.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:

Any breach of these Terms
Any behavior deemed harmful to our network or reputation
Legal orders or law enforcement action

You may cancel your account at any time with written notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, lost profits, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
