5. Mass Mailing Policy
Sending bulk or mass email directly through our hosting infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

Violations will result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

6. Uptime & Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance or events outside our control (e.g., DDoS attacks, data center outages). We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Data Backup & Recovery

We perform regular backups for disaster recovery purposes, but you are solely responsible for maintaining current backups of your content.

We make no guarantee that backups are available or will be free of corruption.

8. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a license to host, store, and serve your content as needed to provide the service.
You are responsible for:

9. Resource Usage
All accounts are subject to fair usage limits. Excessive use of server CPU, RAM, disk, or bandwidth may result in:

Suspension or termination with notice

Recommendation to upgrade to a higher-tier plan
10. Payment & Billing

Payment is due in advance of service.

Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of service.

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts due to TOS violations.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:
